Here you see a view towards the North-West corner of the garden
from the house. Littered about the Summerhouse
you see the scafolding, ladders and wood destined to put a small
treehouse above the Summerhouse.
And here are some of the sections awaiting final assembly.
Note the camouflage colour, the wavy palings and the
tree-branch sections all aimed at helping the structure
blend in and not be conspicuous.
Merinda and Edwin helped tote and carry.
And the final structure does indeed disappear into the foliage,
as indeed do Mary and Merinda when they are up in it.
If Kent can find us a suitable cable-drum-end, we may install
a crow's nest, and if Kay can find a nice old-fashioned slippery-dip,
that too will nestle in the greenery.
