Ocean's 11 is ho-hum. OK, it is well made, exciting as pure heist stories go, good acting, and competently technically updated from the 1960 version. However, the plot is full of holes and there is no depth to the story and no hint of theme or wit. It is something of a waste of time.
Score? IMDb rates it as 7.5 but if flawless it would rate 6 for me; as is it is a 5.
