Dear Diary,

we had to rescue one of the sheep. She had fallen into the creek and could not get out. We don't know how long she had been there. She managed to bleat as Mum walked along the path.

Mum sent Edwin to get Dad and he called me, then she took off her clothes and jumped in and pushed, and Dad pulled, and they got her up onto the bank. She was pretty cold and waterlogged. We fed her molasses and hauled her into Murray's trailer and took her up to the garage to dry out and warm up. Mum and I fussed about a lot.

I wonder if she will be more tame now we saved her and got all close and personal?
